Il palazzo, costruito nel 1896, e' parte del conosciuto piano di sviluppo urbano del Baron Haussmann', che ha dato a Parigi molto del suo prestigio.  

Come attraversate la nostra recentemente rinnovata entrata tipo carrozza, affiancata da due cancelli magnifici di bronzo, scoprirete un' ingresso spazioso ed elegante.

I lavori di legno e il disegno del nostro ingresso completamente  ristrutturato e' attribuito al proprietario,  Signor Guy Heilbronn. Qui sarete accolti sia dal manager dell' hotel, Viviane Collin, o dai receptionists. Sia che stiata cercando una cena in un ristorante romantico, una escursione di Parigi con guida, o informazioni riguardo musei, il nostro gruppo vi puo' dare tutto cio' dei servizi di concierge che desiderate.

La storia di un piano..
Quando nel 1956, il Signor Heilbronn, la cui famiglia ancora amministra l' hotel, compro' l' hotel Cécilia, la sola eredita' lasciata dal proprietario precedente era un piano. Tale capolavoro era stato costruito dalla famosa compagnia Gaveau,che costruiva pianoforti nel diciannovesimo secolo, il cui lavoro e' pienamente riconosciuto nel mondo musicale.
Potete godervi il bar(aperto 24 ore al giorno) e suonare qualche nota se desiderate o sedervi confortevolmente nel lounge.

Situata alla fine del lounge, la nostra sala da colazione vi accoglie dalle7AM fino alle 10.30AM, dove potete godervi di un buffet freddo con croissant freschi e pane fatto da un panettiere artigiano del vicinato. Se desiderate, una colazione tipo continentale, puo'essere servita nella vostra camera.

Potete raggiungere l' Arc de Triomphe, andare giu' verso i  Champs-Elysées o visitare la Torre Eiffel (15 minuti)  senza dover usare i mezzi pubblici. Entro pochi minuti con la metropolitana, potete visitare Place de la Concorde, il Museo del Louvre, o i giardini della Tuileries.
Convenientemente, l' Avenue des Ternes, lontano un caseggiato, offre una varieta' vasta di boutiques, o potete prendere la  RER A  che vi dara' accesso in 5 minuti ai grandi magazzini, Printemps e le Galeries Lafayette, sul Boulevard Haussmann. Il vicinato intorno al nostro hotel offre molti ristoranti, dalle tipiche brasserie parigine alle piu' raffinate tavole.
Il famoso mercatino di cibo di Poncelet  e' molto vicino all' hotel, ed e' molto ben conosciuto per la qualita' dei suoi prodotti.

"Hotel Cecilia is 2 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees & the nearest Metro station (Charles de Gaulle Etoile). The hotel itself has a warm feel and is elegantly furnished. The staff were all exceptional, very friendly and very helpful for local information. Will definitely go again......"

"The Hotel Cecilia was recommended to us by a friend of one of our 4 group members. We had no idea even with her positive recommendation that we would be as pleased with the hotel as we were. The location was perfect. The rooms were great and the bathrooms very large and modern. The staff could not have been more helpful with their restaurant recommendations and general info about transportation and the things that first-time travelers to an area needed. The first 3 of our 4 to arrive did not speak French but it was not a problem. We checked out of the Cecilia on Sunday morning after 2 nights to travel to southern France but had made reservations for the night before we were to leave as we were flying out of Charles de Gaulle airport. They allowed us to leave luggage that we did not need in their storage area while we were gone. When we returned on Wednesday afternoon, they handed us our keys, asked about our trip and immediately told us where to find our rooms - no signatures required. We opted for the breakfast buffet which was really great: coffee, assortment of juices, croissants, yogurts, fruit, cheese, jellies and jams, toast... We could not have asked for more."

This small hotel is a real gem and ideally placed for a short trip to Paris. Our room overlooked the Arc De Triomphe - everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fabulous value for money - highly recommended!
